Great product delivered quickly by Amazon as usual, plugged it in and followed the on-screen instructions and works like a dream. Purchased with glass stand which also went together with no problems. Shame Sony only does it in black as I prefer silver cabinet televisions

Excellent product at a very competative price. Very stylish looking. Haven't used "Freeview" as I have Sky+. Very easy to set up and to connect with my other devices. Picture and sound quality is great. The whole order process was simple and the TV was delivered on time. I am really pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.

Let's start with delivery. This was despatched on a Monday and delivered the next day at 08:30. Faultless service from City Link.

Unboxing and setting up the TV was simplicity itself. The auto-tuning feature worked perfectly as did the other aspects of the set up. From switching on for the first time to being fully up and running took approx 10 minutes.

The Sony is also used with a PVR and a DVD Recorder. Both connected without any fuss and work perfectly.

The picture quality is magnificent and I cannot rate this highly enough. The sound too is impressive. The TV comes with so many ways to adjust picture and sound that it should appeal to almost every situation.

Overall, totally delighted. Would I reccomend it? Without hesitation.

Don't believe the hype! This IS NOT in any way an HD TV. In common with most of the other cheap LCD TVs, it's not capable of 1080 lines.

DO NOT accept anything that claims to be "HD ready" unless it's truly capable to 1080 lines. Also check the response time - anything longer than 2 ms means that you'll get blurry motion, which you'll find to be bad for the eyes after watching for an hour or two!

Ask to see this TV side-by-side with a conventional CRT TV. The shopkeepers will all refuse because the picture quality of this is easily beaten by a £130 "Beko" CRT TV!

My wife was fooled into buying one of these. It's been returned this morning to the supplier with demands for a full refund AND carriage to be repaid.

I have had this tv for about a month and am extremely happy with it. The sound is crisp ,the picture as good as any other I have seen(panasonic samsung etc) I was going to wait for the latest 32" version but I am glad I got this as there seems to be little improvement over later models.
I don't use blu ray or any other HD system so this is as good as it gets for me
